All recordings, compositions, lyrics, artwork, photography, video, design and text on this site, and the KAY OR ALPHA name and logo, are owned by us or by our licensors and are protected by copyright, trade mark and other rights. Nothing on this site transfers any of those rights to you.

You may view the site and share links to it. You may not copy, reproduce, republish, sell, distribute, adapt or make commercial use of any part of it without our written permission, except where copyright law specifically allows it. Do not remove any copyright or ownership notice from anything you are permitted to use.

The mailing list

Signing up is voluntary. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email we send, or by emailing us. What we do with your address is set out in ourprivacy policy. We will only add an address that has been submitted by the person who owns it.

Links to other sites

This site links out to streaming services, video platforms, social networks and, from time to time, ticketing and merchandise partners. Those sites are not ours and we do not control them. We link to them for convenience, which is not an endorsement, and we are not responsible for their content, their products or what they do with your information. Their terms and policies apply once you get there.

Accuracy and availability

We try to keep the site accurate and up to date, but we do not promise that it is. Release dates, tour dates and prices can change, and details announced here may be superseded elsewhere. Nothing on this site is advice you should rely on.

We do not guarantee that the site will always be available or free of errors. We may suspend, withdraw or change all or part of it without notice.
