Cookies

Short version: we do not set any cookies, and there is nothing here to opt out of.

What we use

Nothing. This site sets no cookies, uses no analytics, runs no advertising or tracking pixels, and loads no third party scripts. Every font, image and video on the page is served from our own domain. There is no consent banner because there is nothing to consent to.

Your browser will cache files such as images and fonts so the site loads faster next time. That is ordinary browser caching, not a cookie, and it stores nothing about you.

When you sign up to the mailing list

The sign-up form sends your email address to our own server, which passes it to Klaviyo. No cookie is set in your browser as part of that, and Klaviyo does not load any code on this page. What happens to the address itself is covered in ourprivacy policy.

When you follow a link away from here

Links to Spotify, Apple Music, YouTube, Instagram, X and any ticketing or merch partner take you to sites we do not control. Those sites will set their own cookies and apply their own policies as soon as you arrive. We have no visibility of that and no say in it, so it is worth reading their policies if it matters to you.

Controlling cookies generally

Every major browser lets you see the cookies a site has set, delete them, and block new ones, usually under privacy or security settings. Blocking cookies will not affect this site, since it does not use any, but it may break others.

If this changes

If we ever add analytics, an embedded video player, a shop or anything else that needs cookies, we will update this page first and ask for your consent before setting anything that is not strictly necessary. UK law requires that, and we would rather keep the site as it is anyway.
